Tilquin Oude Mûre à l'Ancienne (Blackberry) 6% 750ml

Oude Mûre Tilquin a l'ancienne,  a blend of  lambic beers (as always with  Tilquin brewery , a blend of lambic from Boon, Girardin, Lindemans and also Cantillon), part of which was macerated on blackberries in a ratio of 350gr blackberries per liter of lambic. The fresh blackberries go in large stainless steel tanks to which 1-year-old lambic is added. After maturing in these stainless steel tanks for about 4 months, this fruit lambic is blended with young lambic and re-fermented in the bottle for a few months.
