Straffe Hendrik Wild is a ‘wild’ variation of the famous Straffe Hendrik Tripel. This beer undergoes a bottle refermentation with a wild Brettanomyces yeast (‘Brett’), which extends its natural shelf life and allows a unique evolution of flavours over the years.
