Sanderijn is a strong Saison beer (7.5% Alc. vol), made with a Saison-yeast and dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy and Melon Huell.
We found that these hops pair well with the aromas from the Saison-yeast.
Sanderijn is a key character in a Middle Dutch drama, with a story similar to Romeo and Juliet. On the label, Sanderijn is depicted with the knight Lanseloet.
