Rodenbach Evolved Saint Georges, a truly unique beer experience! This Sour Pale Ale has an ABV of 6.5% and takes inspiration from the beloved “Saint Georges” Rodenbach beer, which was cherished until the late 1970s. The artisanal process involved blending traditional ingredients of wheat beer, saison and lambic, resulting in a refreshing and fruity sour pale ale. This beer has been fermented with the special Rodenbach yeast culture, resulting in a distinctive flavour profile. After fermentation, it was left to mature for two years in the carefully selected wooden barrel, known as foeder “93”. The result? A light, fruity beer with a subtle sourness that is perfect to quench your thirst.
Aroma: Notes of apple and peach, with hints of Brett and a touch of leather.
Taste: Complex and balanced, with light, fruity notes of apple and peach.
