Buffalo Grand Cru is characterized by a deep, dark brown hue and cream colored, firm head. This beer of 9% abv rests for ten months in wooden bordeaux barrels from Pauillac. Cinnamon and mace emerge from a complex combination of scents, followed by biscuits and ripe fruit. The taste is balanced, from sweet to coffee bitter.
