Lindemans GingerGueuze is a blend of 1 to 3-year-old lambic, aged in oak casks and enriched with fresh Thai ginger. After the necessary refermentation in the bottle, the beer has a deep golden color. The balance between the fresh-sour taste of the lambic and the spicy citrus aromas of the Thai ginger makes it a perfect beer to taste as an aperitif and to combine with Asian dishes.
