Maroon with a firm head. The first thing you smell is chocolate. Afterwards you also notice hazelnuts and chestnuts. The full layer of chocolate gets you in the mouth, sweet and fruity. There is a roasted bitterness (28 IBU) and a fruity aftertaste carried by apricots. Very tasteful.
