The Gueuze Mort Subite is brewed according to Lambic's original recipe of spontaneous fermentation made from must of wheat and hops. For its manufacture, young lambic is cut with older lambic. The whole matures then slowly in oak barrels. It has a coppery color, a bittersweet and tangy taste.
