3 Fonteinen Pruim Belle De Louvain 7% 375ml

For this Pruim, we macerated hand-picked Limburg Belle de Louvain plums for four months on a blend of young lambik, as well as three-year and four-year old lambikken. The oldest lambik has been brewed by ourselves in the first days of 2019. The weighted average age of this blend upon bottling was more than 31 months. The final fruit proportion is 300 grams of Belle De Louvain plums per litre of Pruim. More than two thirds of the lambikken were brewed with Pajottenland cereals, sourced from our own Cereal Collective.

3 Fonteinen Pruim is the slow and all-natural maceration of hand-picked whole plums or zwetschgen on traditional lambic. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
