The intense red Fruit Défendu is sweet, pleasant and full on the palate.The taste is both sweet and dry: a nice balance, highlighted by an aroma of spices. The Hoegaarden Fruit Défendu is brewed with roasted malt, hops, coriander, dried orange zest and yeast used for Hoegaarden.
