Vicaris Generaal is a red-brown beer of high fermentation with a nicely tinted head and with re-fermentation in bottle and barrel. This Generaal with taste evolution is a beer for the experienced beer lover who likes a strong dark beer. Vicar Generaal can be rested for several months to years, which will benefit his outspoken character. The Generaal has a certain bitterness thanks to the use of hops and roasted malt.
