Le Plaisir is the result of a collaboration between Cascina Degli Ulivi and Cantillon. This creation combines a 2-year-old lambic with a blend of 9 different grape pomaces.
Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes underwent a 9-month pellicular maceration.
An original creation from Brasserie Cantillon, combining the character of lambic with the expression of different grape varieties.
